Hearing delayed: Judge Coleman cancels motions hearing in Ware v. DuPree
Specially appointed Judge William Coleman canceled today’s motions hearing, originally scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Forrest County Courthouse.
“I think everyone realized more time was needed,” explained Dave Ware’s campaign manager David Morris.
It is now tentatively scheduled for the week of Aug. 12, but no fixed date has been set.
