Hinds anti-gun officials backed by #SPLC file to ask MSSC to keep Judge Kidd’s 7/8 hearing on

Here’s the response to AG Jim Hood’s motion moving requesting MSSC involvement.

The plaintiff’s, Robert Shuler Smith and other Hinds County officials collectively backed by the Southern Poverty Law Center, filed this motion to try and keep the 7/8 hearing in Judge Winston Kidd’s courtroom.

Regardless what the MSSC decides on procedure, this fight will end up in front of them for a final decision.
