End of 2013 Regular Legislative Session

Last week was an outstanding week for the Mississippi Republican Party. Governor Phil Bryant, Lieutenant Governor Tate Reeves and Speaker Philip Gunn wrapped up another successful legislative session that included, among other things, significant education reform, a balanced budget, prayer in schools, pro life legislation, and Second Amendment protections.
Over the coming days and weeks, we will be discussing these accomplishments in more detail. We will also continue to raise awareness of how House Democrats are putting the existence of the entire Division of Medicaid in jeopardy for no other purpose than to score political points.
