Hal Neilson, former FBI agent and current CEO of Here Enterprises (OTCBB: HRTE), has had a lawsuit that he filed dismissed in federal court. The lawsuit was against former US Attorney Jim Greenlee and alleged (among other things) tortious interference, “emotional distress” and claims of abuse of process stemming from Neilson’s 2010 federal indictment.
On Friday, July 6 that complaint (which was originally filed in state court, but removed to federal court) was dismissed.
