Bryant names new Board of Health appointee
Gov. Phil Bryant has appointed Dr. Tad Barham, medical director and chairman of the board of directors at Woman’s Hospital in Flowood, to the state Board of Health.
Pending Senate confirmation, Barham’s term is effective immediately and ends on June 30, 2017.
Barham replaces Dr. Carl Reddix, a Jackson OB-GYN who had been serving on the Board of Health since last summer, when he was appointed by then-Gov. Haley Barbour.
