NMC – Judge seals Delaughter’s statement to Team Scruggs
At the close of the hearing, a written draft of a proffer was circulating, and the Government stated that DeLaughter’s lawyer did not agree to some of it.
Judge Davidson has just entered an order that the proffer, when it is submitted, will be submitted under seal, which means we will not be able to see it.
