Mississippi House honors families of accident victims
The Mississippi House Thursday honored three families whose sons died in an October car crash.
University of Mississippi students Samuel Kelly, Jr., 18; Charles Kelly, 19; and Bryant Wilbanks, 19; were on their way back to Oxford to attend mass with fraternity brothers after a weekend trip to their Madison homes when their car veered into the meridian and flipped over an overpass onto a highway below.
