Nunnelee – USPS closings a must
U.S. Rep. Alan Nunnelee, R-Miss., said the Postal Service is losing money while it loses mail volume, and something had to give.
“USPS plays an important role in the lives of North Mississippians, which is why steps must be taken to ensure it can compete in the age of Internet and e-mail. The alternative to restructuring is a massive taxpayer bailout, which I will not support,” Nunnelee said.
