Wicker: I’m disappointed over Supercommittee failure
TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker described the debt supercommittee’s failure to reach an agreement this week as a “missed opportunity.”
“I’m disappointed,” said the Republican from Tupelo. “I’m sorry the president is involved in the blame game.”
The comment comes as President Obama has been critical of congressional Republicans for what happened with the supercommittee.
