Palazzo Applauds Senate Committee Passage of the RESTORE ACT
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Steven Palazzo today applauded the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee passage of the RESTORE the Gulf Act of 2011. He said the following:
“As the Gulf Coast delegation in the House nears a consensus on the RESTORE Act, I am encouraged by the Senate passing the first major hurdle to enacting the RESTORE Act into law. I will continue to work with members across the Gulf Coast to expeditiously introduce and pass a proposal that will provide the resources necessary to address the full economic and ecological restoration of coastal communities.”
