Former Congressional candidate Henry Ross was at Jacinto on Monday and he apparently hinted at another run against Alan Nunnelee, now the incumbent Congressman in the First District. I was told he was heavy on the criticism toward Nunnelee, who was also there, and was handing out fliers showing what he saw as Nunnelee’s liberal voting record.
In 2010, Ross just missed out on making a runoff against Nunnelee for the right to face then-Rep. Travis Childers in the general election. Ross took a few days to concede, but he never said he wasn’t going to support Nunnelee like Angela McGlowan did.
