To Represent House District 21
Conservative Republicans to run campaign against Donnie Bell, the incumbent Democrat who voted 34 times in favor of taxes, tolls, fees & fines
JACKSON – Republican candidates Terry Stewart and Deborah Tierce have qualified to run for House District 21, representing Itawamba and Monroe counties.
Terry Stewart is the owner of Stewart Enterprises, an onsite services and repair company that specializes in computer networking. Stewart has been campaigning since the end of January.
Deborah Wood Tierce is one of five daughters to Billy and Dovie Wood of Fulton. Born and bred in Itawamba County, Deborah graduated from Fairview Jr. High School and Tremont High School. She attended Itawamba Community College and went on to obtain both bachelors and masters degrees from Mississippi State University.
Deborah has been married to Larry Tierce for 31 years. They have three daughters and six grandchildren. As a child and young adult, Deborah attended the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church where she learned that the Holy Bible was and still is the source for all her strength. Since graduating from Mississippi State, Deborah Tierce has been a communication instructor for Itawamba Community College and a leadership skills training specialist and motivational speaker for over a decade.
