Judges’ delay not good for GOP, Barbour

Barbour and the state Party are advocating that the judges select an expert to draw districts. But time is running out to draw new districts. The deadline to qualify to run for a legislative seat is June 1 and the party primary elections are slated for early August. Of course, the judges could push those dates back.
