Zach Scruggs petitions to have his father brought down to testify
Zach Scruggs has filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testifcandum, the procedural device used to ask a court to require a prisoner be brought forth to testify in a hearing, asking that his father, Dickie Scruggs, be brought down for the May 23rd hearing to testify.
