I finally got all the 2010 precinct population data loaded onto my computer, so I thought I’d get the EXCEL program to sort all the numbers and answer a few questions for us.

(1) What precinct is the most populated? The North Bay precinct in Harrison County has a record 11,373 people (more than most cities in the state). Two other precincts (Central in DeSoto County and Gluckstadt in Madison) have more than 10,000 residents.

(2) What precinct is the least populated? Northwest Forest in Scott County has a grand total of 22 people. Southeast Winona in Montgomery County has 27.

(3) How many precincts have no African-American residents? …
