TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — No. 17 Mississippi State’s formula for success might sound familiar to 11th-ranked Alabama’s fans.
The Bulldogs have won six straight games using stingy defense and a powerful running game. They’ll bring that Crimson Tide-like style into Tuscaloosa Saturday night in a battle of 7-2 teams.
Alabama coach Nick Saban says his players need to respond to the “reality check” of a loss at LSU that left them needing substantial help to win the SEC West.
