Lincoln Co. circuit clerk indicted
The Lincoln County circuit clerk has been indicted on eight counts of embezzling $131,148 over two years.
Terry Lynn Watkins, 56, was arrested Tuesday just before 4:45 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Rushing said.
