Auburn running backs draw praise after Ole Miss game
For once, it wasn’t Cam Newton and the Auburn quarterbacks who received the highest marks on the al.com Auburn report card after the Tigers rolled over Ole Miss 51-31.
This week, that honor goes to the Tiger running backs, who got an “A” from 93.3 percent of the 254 respondents. It’s easy to see why, with Mike Dyer’s 180-yard performance, and Onterio McCalebb’s 99 yards on 9 carries. The offensive line also got high marks, with 92.9 percent giving the big horses up front top marks.
