His plan for rotating the quarterbacks, however, is not as clear entering games – even to his coaching staff. But it works more often than not for MSU (1-1, 0-1 Southeastern Conference), his staff contends. One only has to look back at Mullen’s pedigree, which stretches back to a successful two-quarterback system at Bowling Green in 2001, when Josh Harris and Andy Sahm caught the nation’s attention.
