Jury selection to continue in Andy Kennedy’s defamation lawsuit
CINCINNATI (AP) — Jury selection will continue Tuesday in University of Mississippi basketball coach Andy Kennedy’s defamation lawsuit against a cab driver and a valet.
Kennedy filed the suit in Cincinnati after he was arrested in 2008 over an altercation with the cabbie.
He denied punching and taunting the driver but pleaded guilty last year to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct. Kennedy was sentenced to probation and community service.
