Mentally ill: Jailing patients is immoral
Here’s the up side, folks.
The down side?
Mississippi’s failure to provide adequate alternatives at the state and local government levels is clearly putting this state back in the business of jailing mental patients because there are no treatment beds available for them.
That’s just plain wrong.
