Sen. Roger Wicker tours global competitor in Jackson
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – One of the world’s largest aerospace manufacturers, Eaton Corporation, is located in the Jackson metro area.
Eaton Mississippi produces hydraulic pumps used for commercial and military aircraft.
“Anytime you’re in a airplane there’s a 50-50 chance the product came from this facility,” said Eaton Plant Manager Bryan Edwards.
While Congress is out of session, U.S. Senator Roger Wicker toured the facility as part of an extensive statewide tour over the next month.
