Well, Andy, our governor has dropped the first direct mail piece in Iowa. The Politico website has an article about the mailer, a quote from Henry Barbour, and a pdf of the mailer (the world of politics moves fast these days!). The piece, which encourages voters to sign up with Barbour’s website, touts Barbour’s experience with Republican politics and with Katrina in Mississippi. He’s building a list of Republicans in Iowa who just might be attending the caucuses in early 2012. Get ready.
