MSU Football: Whitley, Banks still in new jobs
STARKVILLE – Personnel assignments were among the meaningful things gleaned from Tuesday’s first fall practices for Mississippi State’s football team.
As for older players, the Nickoe Whitley-Johnthan Banks switch carried over from the spring.
Whitley, a redshirt freshman from Provine High, worked as a starting safety. Banks, a freshman All-Southeastern Conference safety last fall, worked at a cornerback spot.
