Shut out on Day 1, Ole Miss, Mississippi State hope for big Draft news Friday
Mississippi State linebacker Jamar Chaney and running back Anthony Dixon, Ole Miss offensive lineman John Jerry, running back/receiver Dexter McCluster and defensive end Greg Hardy, and Alabama nose tackle Terrence Cody, a former Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College star, could all be selected as the draft moves to the second and third rounds.
Several teams could be targeting a 3-4 nose tackle like Cody in the second round, most notably San Diego, Buffalo and Miami, who picked up a second-round pick in a Thursday trade with San Diego.
