Atlanta bowl extends partnership with SEC
ATLANTA (AP)—The Chick-fil-A Bowl will be hosting a Southeastern Conference team through 2013.
The Atlanta bowl announced Wednesday an extension of its partnership with the SEC.
A team from the conference has played in the Chick-fil-A Bowl every year since 1992, when it was still known as the Peach Bowl. Under the current arrangement, an SEC team faces a squad from the Atlantic Coast Conference.
