MIM – Nunnelee picks up another endorsement
Alan Nunnelee, in his quest to win the GOP primary to take on Rep. Travis Childers, picked up a couple endorsements today from conservative groups.
Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund endorsed the Tupelo state Senate calling Nunnelee a “100 percent gun rights supporter.” The press release added, “Sen. Nunnelee firmly believes in the right to keep and bear arms with NO interference from Washington bureaucrats and he especially opposes any type of gun owner registration schemes. Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund is pleased to endorse Alan Nunnelee for Congress in Mississippi’s First Congressional District, and urges all Second Amendment supporters to stand with Alan in the Republican primary on June 1.”

In the same press release, the group went after Angela McGlowan calling her a gun control advocate largely based on her Gallo comments last August.
