5 Things to Watch in SEC basketball
1. NCAA Tournament bubble watch. Anywhere from three to five SEC teams could be in the field. Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Tennes see are locks. Missis sippi State and Florida, which lost to Vanderbilt on Tuesday, are square on the bubble. Mississippi State can’t af ford to lose to Auburn or Tennessee this week. Florida closes at Kentucky on Sunday, increasing the significance of Tuesday’s loss.
2. SEC Tournament seeding. Arkansas and Ole Miss are competing for one bye in the West, which ought to donate its byes to the East this season.
