Urban Meyer puts ‘leave of absence’ on hold, still working
GAINESVILLE – Florida coach Urban Meyer is stepping back from stepping back.
Confused yet?
The University of Florida confirmed Thursday that Meyer has not yet taken his leave of absence and is “actively involved in recruiting.”
Meyer is also helping finalize the coaching staff that has one vacancy to fill on defense, a defensive backs coach who might also serve as defensive or co-defensive coordinator.
