McGlowan considers run for Congress
Fox News analyst Angela McGlowan said Friday she is weighing a possible Republican race for the 1st District congressional seat held by Democrat Travis Childers.
In response to a question after addressing the Tupelo Kiwanis Club, McGlowan said she was “looking at that right now” but had not decided. She said it would depend on whether she felt Republicans could field a competitive candidate against Childers in 2010.
