Let me get this straight: Firing Bobby Bowden and turning over complete control of the Florida State football program to Jimbo Fisher will fix everything?
Then tell me what Fisher, FSU’s offensive coordinator and Head Coach in Waiting, has been doing down there for the past three seasons? Drawing X’s and O’s on a blackboard nobody sees?
According to those who say they know — people like the FSU chairman of the board of trustees, Jim Smith — Bowden spends most of his time standing on the sideline, clueless and in the way.
But if Bowden is so out of it, then who is running things?
