And, oh my, what a difference seven more days could make.
A week and two days after South Carolina knocked the Rebels down 17 notches from No. 4 in the nation, Ole Miss slammed Vanderbilt 23-7 after leading 23-0 early in the third quarter.
Now then, Ole Miss has a chance to prove it belonged in the Top 10 all along.
