Tide’s McElroy isn’t tired of being called an ‘efficient’ quarterback
TUSCALOOSA – Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy is ranked third in the nation in passing efficiency with a rating of 175.2. He trails only Hawaii’s Greg Alexander (178.8) and Boise State’s (177.6).
After Saturday’s 35-7 victory, McElroy made it clear that he took offense to the fact that Alabama’s offense wasn’t getting as much attention as Arkansas’ second-ranked offense. He was asked if he’s tired of being described as an “efficient” quarterback.
