Bulldogs’ Dixon did some soul-searching following DUI arrest
To fans and other observers, Anthony Dixon is a changed running back. He’s slimmer, he’s quicker, he’s less likely to dance.
To those closest to him, he’s a changed man.
Some two months after his much-publicized arrest in Starkville for driving under the influence of alcohol, the Mississippi State senior says he’s a different person. He’s more grounded. He seems more humble, yet he knows he’s more confident. He has learned plenty about himself.
“I had let my teammates down,” Dixon said Monday, in his first extended comments about how he reacted to his mistake.
