Phillip Fulmer says he’s still upset
Longtime and former Tennessee football coach Phillip Fulmer was doing and saying all the right things Monday night while speaking to the Daytona Beach Quarterback Club.
Fulmer, one of Florida’s most-rivaled coaches, was complimentary of Gators coach Urban Meyer, the spread offense, Tim Tebow and Florida’s success the last three seasons.
He praised the play and character of Tebow and might even have felt at home amid all of the orange and blue shirts — the chosen colors of many club members at Daytona Beach Resort.
