Mississippi Rebels starting wide receiver Dexter McCluster was hospitalized overnight and released Wednesday after suffering from effects of the flu, head athletic trainer Tim Mullins said.

McCluster is one of approximately 26 players who will miss practice Wednesday, after about 20 missed practice Tuesday.
Ole Miss does not have a game this week. Eight starters missed practice on Wednesday, including quarterback Jevan Snead, McCluster, wide receiver Shay Hodge and right tackle John Jerry.
