OXFORD – At nearly 22 years old and in his fourth year with the Ole Miss football program, Cordera Eason is the dinosaur of the Rebels backfield.
And with a trio of freshmen running backs stealing the show during the first week of preseason practice, it’s been easy to overlook Eason, who was second on the team with 647 rushing yards last season.
“They forget about the old man sometimes,” Eason said with a wide grin.
