John Gargiulo named as judge in Harrison, Hancock and Stone counties
Gov. Haley Barbour has named Assistant District Attorney John Gargiulo as the Circuit Court judge to replace to Jerry O. Terry Sr.
A swearing-in ceremony this morning will put Gargiulo on the bench to help prevent a backlog of cases in the judicial district.
The district service Harrison, Hancock and Stone counties.
