YP – Ronaldus Magnus – This is why we miss him

On my morning news search this morning, I ran across this video. OK, so the front end is a bit inflamatory (but true) and the back end is a bit hokey, but focus on Reagan. This is why we miss him so. He started in the late 1960s breaking the backs of communism. This is how he did it.

Also, notice there’s no teleprompter – no arrogant, hypnotic gaze from one teleprompter the other. Though he had style in delivering a speech, like Obama does, he had the substance to back his up. David Axelrod wasn’t feeding him his lines electronically like some tv producer for a local sportscaster. I’m quite sure Reagan wrote or had significant input in that speech as most of the major speeches he gave.
