Why has Gov. Haley Barbour considered running for president?
“You go out with your friends, you have one too many beers, you start thinking about that,” he told reporters today during a news conference promoting his budget plan.
After a few laughs, he said, “I’ve recovered.”
Not sure if he was joking, or half-joking, or serious.
