Kennedy in court today, guilty plea expected
OXFORD — Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy will be in Hamilton County Municipal Court in Cincinnati this morning, where he is expected to plead guilty to a lesser offense stemming from his arrest on misdemeanor assault charges on Dec. 18.
The third-year coach has not been able to talk about details surrounding the case, but his attorney Mike Allen said he expected a resolution to the case this morning.
