If guilty, Kennedy’s fate up to UM administration

OXFORD — It’s been more than three months since Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy was arrested in Cincinnati during the early hours of Dec. 18, and slowly the explosive accusations of Kennedy being drunk, punching cab driver Mohamed Jiddou and hurling racial slurs have faded into the background.

But about two weeks from now, on April 20, all of those details will be made very public once again as Kennedy is scheduled to travel back to Ohio for his trial on charges of misdemeanor assault.
