College Football Rankings: From a betting perspective

I ranked the 68 bowl teams from 1-68 with a brief bowl related comment for each squad, then the 52 non bowl teams from 69-120. This will be my last College Football Rankings column of the 2008 season – there’s absolutely no reason to do a post-bowl report. Thanks for reading and commenting in the posting forum each week; we’ll do it again next year!

1) Florida: Both teams are 12-1 SU. Both teams are 10-2 ATS. The difference? Oklahoma is 11-1 to the Over, while the Gators defense made enough stops to produce a more modest 8-4 Over mark.

2) Oklahoma: The Sooners last four BCS Bowls have not been pretty. They’ve lost 48-28 to West Virginia, 43-42 to Boise State, 55-19 to USC and 21-14 to LSU.
