UA’s Rolando McClain standing out among the nation’s best

TUSCALOOSA – Rolando McClain has been warned.
When he notices teams singling him out or he starts battling more blockers than he has ever before, coach Nick Saban will pull him aside and set him straight.
“The better I get, the harder it’s going to be,” McCain said Saban tells him.

The 6-foot-4, 249-pound sophomore from Decatur isn’t sure where his ceiling is.

“I don’t know how good I am going to be,” he said, and others disagree.
As the centerpiece in the fifth-ranked defense in the nation, teammates, coaches, and NFL officials are buzzing about McClain’s future.
“If you don’t get a blocker on him,” linebacker Cory Reamer said, “he is going to make plays.”
