The 30-day public intent period on supplemental deer feeding in Mississippi has passed.
Therefore, the debate is over after last week’s Commission of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks meeting at J.P. Coleman State Park near Iuka.
Simply put, Mississippi now has a supplemental feeding program, which will be legal in June.
