Alabama pounded four home runs among its 22 hits to blast Mississippi State 21-7 Saturday in the first game of a Southeastern Conference baseball doubleheader.
Ross Wilson hit two homers for Alabama (21-18, 7-9 SEC) and Del Howard had a grand slam during the Crimson Tide’s eight-run seventh inning.
Cody Freeman and Tyler Moore each drove in two runs for MSU (15-22, 3-13).
The second game between the teams started about 6:15 p.m
