Will the real Trailer Todd please stand up

Graves Throws Law Employee, Bartle Staffer Under the Bus

Piecing Graves’ denial that he had attended the meeting (assuming he was truthful) together with State Farm’s either/or assertion based on the testimony of Kerri Rigsby, logic leaves us no alternative but to believe that Todd A. Scott was the lawyer present at the March 11 trailer meeting.

Todd A. Scott is of counsel to Todd Graves’ law firm and is a former staffer to Senators Kit Bond and John Ashcroft. Besides doing attorney work at Graves’ firm, Scott also serves as a Capitol legislative staffer to GOP Senator Matt Bartle

Perhaps Todd Scott –who earns at least some of his from the pockets of taxpayers– would care to explain what he was doing at the March 11, 2006 trailer meeting? Or perhaps he, like Graves, would like to deny that he was actually at the March 11th meeting, thereby setting up a intra-firm showdown about who precisely was the “Todd” named by Kerri Rigsby in her deposition testimony?
