“Here you have all this food for a month, and suddenly it’s gone, and there’s no one to turn to. It’s wrong,” Ward 3 Council Member Kenneth Stokes said.
Stokes says residents from all around the city contacted him, seeking financial help after being without power for several days. On Sunday Stokes took their requests to Entergy.
