Hey Bardwell, Kool-aid stains...

Hey Bardwell, Kool-aid stains don’t come out

By: Magnolia Tribune - April 10, 2008

Will Bardwell gets goosey and excited today about the Democratic polling firm (gee, I wonder what their motivations are) showing a close race in the runoff for Wicker’s House seat between Davis and Childers.

Seems like I remember the polling rocket scientists from Anzalone from somewhere before . . . but where could it be? Could it be from the Jamie Franks campaign? Ah yes. I am sure that’s where it was. They said Franks was within the margin . . . only to have Bryant smoke Franks like a cheap cigar in the gen’ral.

Bottom line, that poll from Democrat pollsters (not independent ones) certainly had an axe to grind. Plus, this is a special election so “likely voters” are out the window. No telling who will show up. My gut tells me that DeSoto County voters are pretty hardcore and will show up en masse for Davis in both the special and likely runoff

I am not saying Childers won’t win (though I don’t see a real plausible scenario for it)

In any case, remember Will, if you drink the Kool-aid too fast and it spills, it will likely leave a nasty stain.
