Barbour says he’ll veto college construction projects
The Democratic-controlled Mississippi House approved a bill Thursday to provide more than $100 million for college-construction and economic-development projects.
However, Republican Gov. Haley Barbour has said he’ll veto legislation that has the state borrowing more money through bonds for upgrading campus facilities.
